Dinosaur Day / Dino Stomp Relay
Dino Stomp Relay
Teams stomp, roar and race like dinosaurs in a high-energy relay that gets everyone moving.
How to run it
- Set up cones for each team's lane.
- Call out a dinosaur movement such as stomping, flapping or tail-swishing.
- Have each child travel to the cone and back using that movement before tagging the next child.
- Change the movement each round.
You will need
- cones
Make it easier or harderKeep lanes short for younger children; add a roar-and-freeze rule for an extra challenge.
SafetyCheck the area is clear of trip hazards.
