Bead Suncatchers
Children thread translucent beads onto wire to make suncatchers that glow in the window.
How to run it
- Bend a small loop at one end of the wire so beads cannot slide off.
- Thread translucent beads in patterns.
- Shape the wire into a circle, heart or star and twist the ends together.
- Hang in a sunny window and watch the colours.
You will need
- translucent pony beads
- craft wire
- string
Make it easier or harderUse pipe cleaners for younger children; older children create complex shapes.
