Two elves are taking children on a tour of their remote toy-making workshop when an urgent message from Mrs Claus sends them into emergency protocol: Jack Frost has locked down the North Pole. The elves can't fix it alone, so they need the children to crack Jack Frost's puzzles, break his locks and save Christmas.
