Detective Day / Suspect Line-Up
Suspect Line-Up
Educators dress up as suspects and children question them, listen for inconsistencies and vote on who did it.
How to run it
- Give each educator a suspect costume and a short character card with an alibi.
- Line the suspects up and explain the mystery to the children.
- Let children take turns asking questions and noting the answers.
- Have children vote on the culprit and then reveal the truth.
You will need
- dress-ups
- suspect character cards
- notepads
- pencils
Make it easier or harderGive younger children a picture clue to help; give older children contradicting alibis to untangle.
