- Set up a cape station with fabric and a wand station with card stars and sticks.
- Let children make and decorate their cape or wand.
- Finish the day with a parade and a group photo.
You will need
- fabric pieces
- hook-and-loop dots
- card
- dowel or paper straws
- glitter
- spare dress-ups
Make it easier or harderOffer ready-cut shapes for the youngest children, or let older buddies help design and run the parade.
SafetyUse hook-and-loop tape rather than ties on capes, and blunt-ended wands only.
